Rumination 2.0
– A Collaborative Exploration of Sound, Visuals Installation, and Photography.
Event Date: Saturday April 5th 3PM - 8PM
Rumination is a multi-sensory experience featuring an installation by Sarah Weiss, documentation by Saoirse Weiss, sound by Dave Eckblad, lights by Jane Eden, visuals by n80, and graphics by Ryote. The event is further enriched by live musical performances from Nectar, Kiisu, Lo Mismo, and Eckblad, creating a dynamic interplay between visual and auditory soundscapes, visual art, and lighting design allowing us to create an immersive environment where attendees can engage with the work in a visceral and emotional way. Rumination is about experiencing the world through a neurodivergent lens—challenging conventional perception and offering a unique, immersive perspective on reality.
The event is open to the public, with special thanks to the Metro Regional Arts Council for their support through The Arts Impact for Individuals Grant, which made this project possible. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the installation, enjoy live music, and engage with the artists behind the project. Rumination is a free family friendly event, and guests can also enjoy small refreshments and snacks throughout the evening.
